SERVICES: Home Health offers comprehensive home health care.  The purpose is to provide quality and appropriate care to clients in their own homes assisting them and their families to achieve maximum independence and improved quality of life.  Skilled nursing services include such treatments as giving injections and aide services involve help with bathing and exercises.  Therapy services provide restoration therapy and maintenance programs.

SERVICES: For parents of children under three years of age who are experiencing difficulty with age appropriate tasks.  Some of these difficulties are associated with prematurity, low birth weight, pregnancy/delivery problems, family stress and other factors.  A child may be eligible for a free evaluation.  If a child has a health condition that will be long lasting, has a disability, or is developing slowly, there are a wide range of services available.  In this program professionals work with parents in their child’s early phases of growth and development.

SERVICES: A network of families who have children with special needs.  The network provides services that include:  Parent Support Groups, Chippewa County has a group called Friends and Family Support Group Parent to parent, help find resources for parents with other parents whose children have similar disablilties.

An informative library is available regarding a broad array of topics applicable to adoptive families, adoptees, and birth parents.

ELIGIBILITY: Individuals must have a disability, physical, mental, or emotional which would cause a vocational handicap.
SERVICES: The purpose of this program is to provide assistance to vocationally disabled individuals through assistance with physical restoration, counseling, evaluation, training and assistance with employment.  Home intake and counseling can be provided.

ELIGIBILITY: Vocational training service for persons with developmental disabilities ,educational, psychological, psychiatric or physical barriers to employment.

SERVICES: Work Services, Supported Employment , and Personal, Social and Community Supports and Services. Work skills are taught through the companies janitorial, recycling, and manufacturing operations. Programs also include the teaching of academic and daily living skills.
