*The RCS energy consultant could put you in touch with available sources of
financial assistance (such as zero interest loans, low-interest loans and weatherization
grants for installing more costly energy conservation measures.
*Community support groups alleviate fears by explaining that RCS is designed
to help people reduce the expense of rising fuel prices by using energy more
wisely. Through local contacts it can be made clear that many ways are conveniently
available to pay for energy improvements, including free weatherization and
a waiver of the nominal home analysis fee
*Customers receiving energy assistance payments through federal, state, or local
programs are given priority scheduling of analyses.
