Services:
*Extension - provides information and offers educational programs in three main areas including:
-Children, Youth and Family
-Agriculture and Natural Resources
Community and Economic Development
*Luce County 4-H -offers a variety or programs and activities open to all area youth. Provides: workshops, newsletters, resource material, leader training, and travel opportunities and camps.
*Family Nutrition Program - provides information to all on nutrition , food safety and budgeting. Also provides individual assistance or group sessions for all ages. Must be Food Stamp eligible for individual assistance.

Services: *Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program: Provides nutritional education and supplemental food coupons to pregnant and postpartum women, infants and children (up to age five) who meet financial and medical requirements.
*Immunizations: *Vaccine administration services available through clinics and individual appointments.
*Fee: based on ability to pay.
*Medicaid Health Screening (EPSDT):*Health screening and counseling are provided to persons under 21 years of age in collaboration with local physicians. Transportation may be provided.
*HIV and AIDS Counseling and Testing: also pre-marital counseling as required by Michigan law.
*Reproductive Health: *Distribution of contraceptive methods, diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases, health counseling and medical referrals as needed.
*Children's Special Health Care (Crippled Children): *Specialty medical care services are available to children with potentially handicapping conditions and/or chronic illness. Services include diagnostic and medical care nursing assessment and case management, home care, equipment and specialty clinics.
*Mich-Care: *Full Medicaid coverage is available to women for their pregnancy and through two months postpartum. Assistance in making application for MICH-CARE is provided, via personal appointment.
*Breast and Cervical Cancer: *Confidential health counseling, screening to women over age 40, who meet financial guidelines. *Clinical breast exam, pap smear test with referral for mammography and other health care needs. *Annual follow up services are provided.
Community Services:
*Heart Health Screening:*Blood Pressure and cholesterol screening, monitoring, counseling and referral are conducted in scheduled clinics and by individual appointment.
*Maternal and Child Health Programs: *Pregnant women who have Medicaid are eligible to receive services which addresses psychosocial, nutritional, non-medical care, as well as transportation for health care. Infants of Medicaid eligible women and other identified high-risk families are eligible for more specialized case management, provide primarily through home visits. Prenatal classes are provided quarterly in collaboration with other health care providers.
*Hearing and Vision Program:
*Communicable Disease: *Disease reports are analyzed, casefinding is provided, and disease prevention information is shared to reduce the spread of preventable communicable diseases. TB tests are available.

Services: Community Health Program offers monthly wellness clinics, diabetes support groups, immunization clinics, foot care clinics, nutrition counseling services, home visits and office visits for a variety of health care needs. Other services include Contract Health, Eldercare services.
