SERVICES:Indian Outreach Program (IOW)
The Indian Outreach worker
assists Native American Individuals and their families to overcome barriers by
connecting services with the needs of the family. The I.O.W works as an
advocate to families by being a
liaison between agencies, tribal, state, and other community services to
give families the support they need
to become self-sufficient. Services may include; home visits, information
and referrals, needs assessments,
support, prevention, transportation issues, medical needs, assistance with
applications and filing process,
and parenting services.
